Color Pixels is a paint-by-number coloring application developed and published by Salmane Chahidi ("we", "our", or "us").
This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored or processed when you use the Color Pixels mobile application ("App"), why it is used, how third-party services process information, and the choices available to users and parents.

Color Pixels is rated PEGI 3 and is suitable for a general audience, including children. The App contains no violent, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content.
The App is configured to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy requirements. For children under 13, use with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian is recommended.
Color Pixels stores the following information locally on the user's device so that the App can function:
This local information is not uploaded to a server operated by us. Color Pixels does not operate a remote user-account database and does not use Firebase Crashlytics.
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to receive aggregate usage statistics, as described in Section 5.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used only to respond to your request and provide support.
Color Pixels uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how the App is used, so that we can improve it and decide which content to produce next.
The service is configured for a child-directed audience. Specifically:
AD_STORAGE, AD_USER_DATA, and AD_PERSONALIZATION are all set to denied, so no advertising identifier is attached to analytics eventssetUserId and does not create an analytics profile of an individualGoogle may derive approximate demographic and general location information from its own aggregated signals, and provides it to us only as anonymized, grouped statistics. We do not receive information identifying any individual user.
Your choice. Analytics can be turned off at any time in Settings > Privacy > Usage statistics. Turning it off stops collection immediately, and the choice is remembered. Turning it off does not affect gameplay, purchases, or progress.

Color Pixels uses Google AdMob to display:
All advertising requests are configured for child-directed treatment and treatment for users under the age of consent. The maximum advertising content rating is set to G (General Audiences).
Interstitial advertisements are never shown before or during coloring. They appear only at a natural break after a picture has been completed, and never during the first pictures a new player completes. Rewarded advertisements are always optional and are only shown after the user explicitly chooses to watch one.
Personalized or interest-based advertising is not requested. Google may still use limited technical information to deliver contextual advertisements, measure performance, maintain security, and prevent invalid traffic or fraud.
Users who purchase Remove Ads will no longer be shown banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements.

Color Pixels offers the following in-app products. All are one-time purchases; the App offers no subscriptions.

Before any purchase screen is opened, the App displays a parental gate: a short multiplication question intended to confirm that an adult is present. This applies to every purchase path in the App.
All purchases are processed exclusively by Google Play. The App may receive the purchase status and a purchase token from Google Play in order to activate or restore an entitlement. We do not receive or store the user's payment-card information.
Deleting local App data does not necessarily remove a purchase from the user's Google Play purchase history. An eligible purchase may be restored through the Google Play account that originally completed it. Permanent entitlements are re-checked with Google Play each time the App starts, which also means an entitlement is removed if the corresponding purchase is refunded or revoked.
The App can display local reminders inviting the user to return and continue coloring. These reminders are generated entirely on the device; no reminder is sent from a server, and no information leaves the device in order to produce one.
Notifications can be turned off at any time in Settings > Notifications, or through the Android system settings for the App. On Android 13 and later, notifications are only shown if the user grants the system notification permission.

Google processes information under its own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
Color Pixels is designed to provide an age-appropriate experience.
A parent or guardian may delete the local profile and gameplay data through Settings > Delete Account. The same local data can also be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Analytics may be disabled through Settings > Privacy.
If you believe that a child has sent personal information to us by email without appropriate permission, contact us at chahidi.salmane@gmail.com. We will review the request and delete the information where required.
Local gameplay data and preferences remain on the device until the user:
The Delete Account option deletes the local profile, progress, rewards, and preferences. Color Pixels does not maintain a remote account for the user.
Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Google may retain advertising, analytics, and purchase-related information according to its own retention policies.
We take reasonable measures to limit the information processed by the App. Local information remains in the App's private device storage, and Android backup is disabled for the App.
Network communications with Google services use encrypted connections, and cleartext network traffic is blocked. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, information is processed only when an appropriate legal basis exists. Depending on the context, this may include:
Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
The right to object to analytics can be exercised directly in the App at any time through Settings > Privacy > Usage statistics.
Most gameplay information is stored only on the user's device and is not accessible to us. Users can manage or delete it directly through the App or Android settings.

Requests concerning information controlled independently by Google should be directed to Google through its privacy tools and policies.
Google may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence. Google is responsible for applying the safeguards described in its privacy policy and required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will display a new "Last updated" date.
Material changes may be communicated through the App, the Google Play store listing, or another appropriate method.
