Arrow Escape 2 ("the app") is published by Salmane's House. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to Arrow Escape 2 specifically and takes precedence over our general privacy policy.
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your progress — unlocked levels, stars earned, daily-challenge streak, sound and music preferences, and whether you have purchased "Remove ads" — is stored locally on your device. We never send it to our servers, and we have no servers that receive it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
Google acts as an independent controller for this data. Its practices are described at How Google uses information from apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play Billing. The payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your payment details. The app only records whether the purchase is owned.
Where required by law (in particular under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK), the app asks for your consent before any personalised advertising is served, using Google's User Messaging Platform.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Privacy options" in the app's settings menu. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID from your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads on Android).
Buying "Remove ads" removes the banner and interstitial advertising. Optional rewarded videos remain available, because you choose to watch them in exchange for a reward; while one plays, the ad-related data collection described above still applies.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played — for example how many players start or finish a level, and which screens are used. This helps us fix difficulty spikes and improve the game. The data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. Firebase may process a pseudonymous app instance identifier, your device model and operating system, approximate region and in-app events.
We do not upload your name, email address, contacts or precise location. Firebase's handling of this data is described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
The game itself works fully offline. Levels are generated on your device and no account or sign-up is required. An internet connection is only used to load advertising.
We hold no personal data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Data held by Google is retained according to Google's own policy, linked above. Progress data lives on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Because the data described above is held by Google and not by us, such requests are best directed to Google using the links above. You may also contact us and we will help where we can.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published with a new "last updated" date at the same location, and, where required, you will be asked for consent again.
